Brogdale Community Interest Company (BCIC) was established to create meaningful leisure, learning, and employment opportunities for disabled children and young people.

Our aim is to develop sustainable social enterprises that showcase best practice in supporting disabled adults. Through high-quality, inclusive activities, we provide opportunities to develop life skills, build social connections, gain employment-related experience, and participate in volunteering and work placements.

All of our activities are delivered within mainstream community settings, promoting inclusion, independence, and active participation in everyday community life.
