Small school groups

February 19, 2025

How it works:

Our small group sessions are designed for young people who may benefit from developing confidence, communication skills, and positive relationships within a supportive peer environment. Typically consisting of 4–6 young people, these groups are referred by schools that feel a group-based approach would best meet their needs.

Sessions are facilitated by two experienced Intervention Specialists, ensuring young people receive the support, guidance, and encouragement they need to engage positively. While each programme is carefully planned, we remain flexible and responsive to the interests and needs of the group, allowing activities and discussions to be adapted where appropriate to maximise engagement and outcomes.

Over the years, we have successfully delivered group programmes for young people experiencing challenges such as social anxiety and autism, helping participants build confidence, develop social skills, and strengthen peer relationships. Through a structured yet nurturing approach, many young people make significant progress over a typical 12-week programme, often leaving with increased self-esteem, resilience, and a greater sense of belonging.
