Celebrating Wellbeing: Building Confidence and Positive Mindsets

Wellbeing is at the heart of what we do at Craftworks College, and this term our wellbeing team has been supporting students in building confidence, resilience and positivity.

‘The Tin of Good Things’ has continued to help learners reflect on their weekly achievements, encouraging gratitude and self-recognition. This term, the focus has been on affirmations—helping students strengthen positive thinking and develop a more confident outlook. As the saying goes: the more you practise, the stronger it gets!

Our wellbeing team also provides ongoing emotional support through home visits, 1-1 sessions, and counselling skills. Meanwhile, the G.R.O.W.T.H. journals are helping students work towards their EHCP targets while developing essential life skills and celebrating milestones along the way.

We’re incredibly proud of the personal growth our learners have shown this term.
